7 a.m. on ESPN 2019 Wimbledon Championsh­ips

Roger Federer has eight men’s singles titles at Wimbledon, the most of any player. He last won in 2017 and at the time of this writing is a top pick to play in one of today’s men’s semifinal matches. As is Novak Djokovic, the defending Wimbledon champion who has won three of the last five titles on the All-England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club in Wimbledon, England. A solid day of tennis lies ahead with the winners advancing to Sunday’s final.

6 p.m. on Nickelodeo­n SpongeBob SquarePant­s

They’ve stayed behind the scenes since their show premiered in 1999, but now the actors in the voice cast of SpongeBob

SquarePant­s step before the cameras as human versions of their animated characters in this new one-hour special, which mingles live-action and animation. The story finds Patrick and SpongeBob venturing to the surface world, where they encounter familiar faces at The Trusty Slab Restaurant. David Hasselhoff, who previously played himself in The

SpongeBob SquarePant­s Movie, guest stars, sporting his Baywatch lifeguard togs for some beach scenes.

8 p.m. on Food Network Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives

Grub infused by flavors from around the globe are on Guy Fieri’s culinary itinerary in the new “Internatio­nal Infusion,” starting at an eatery in Huntington, Del., noted for its Cuban sandwiches and Thai-inflected sausage. A traditiona­l Tiki joint in Kauai is run by a kitchen crew who deliver an authentic Hawaiian flair. Finally, San Diego is home to a Lebanese restaurant serving up authentic specialtie­s that go beyond the familiar standards.

8 p.m. on Travel Channel Ghosts of Morgan City

In the new episode “Pirate Island,” the team gets a call from the members of the Morgan City Police Department that moves them to hit the road for Louisiana’s Atchafalay­a Basin. Once there, they meet a trapper who swears he witnessed two men vanish into thin air right before his eyes. Elsewhere, a former “Naked and Afraid” contestant reveals evidence suggesting that the area is haunted by the spirit of a dangerous pirate.
