Positioned off Odom Boulevard South in Maumelle, Mountain Terrace Estates features one-level townhomes and offers easy access to shopping and dining, as well as Lake Willastein Park, Maumelle Center on the Lake and more. The neighborhood is just across the street from access to the city’s 30-plus miles of walking/biking trails.
Neighborhood residents also enjoy the use of the community clubhouse, which includes a conference room, a wellequipped fitness center and a large space for meetings and parties that has a pool table, a sitting area with a fireplace, and a full kitchen. Buyers may choose from four floor plans, each featuring an open living area, 9-foot ceilings, lots of windows for natural light, elegant crown molding, a laundry room, a nicely appointed kitchen, oversized walk-in showers with bench seats, floored attic storage space, walk-in closets and an oversized two-car side-entry garage. Some floor plans include a study or sunroom, and some offer split-bedroom layouts, and there are various options for the layout of the master suite. For outdoor living, homes offer fully or partially covered porches.
Kitchens offer 18-inch-tile floors, slab granite counters, pantries and stainless-steel appliances — a dishwasher, a microwave/ vent hood and a five-burner gas stove. Laundry rooms and bathrooms are also floored in 18-inch tiles, and the baths have slab granite counters.
Depending upon the level of completion of the selected home, buyers may have the option of choosing finishes; there six wood floor options, four granite patterns, 10 carpets, various light fixtures in brushed nickel or oil-rubbed bronze, a kaleidoscope of wall colors and more.
Currently, there are four homes available for which buyers may choose finishes, and one home that has already been finished out. A number of other new townhomes are already under contract.
