age 79, of Hensley, Arkansas passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Saturday, February 1, 2020 at Hospice Home Care in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Arley was born on July 13, 1940 at home in Higginson, Arkansas to Ralph and Earlene Wheetley. Arley attended Little Rock Tech High School.
