Post offices’ retail counters will be closed, but mail will be collected, processed, sorted and transported. Self-service kiosks and online services will be accessible. The Business Mail Entry Unit at 4700 E. McCain Blvd. in North Little Rock will operate from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday.

LIBRARIES

Central Arkansas Library System: All branches closed Monday. North Little Rock Laman Library: Closed Monday.
