HOT SPRINGS — Patricia “Pat” Diane Maddox,

72, of Hot Springs, Arkansas died Saturday, February 8, 2020. She was surrounded by her family when she passed peacefully. She was born in Corinth, Mississipp­i on March 27, 1947.

She loved her family and was the happiest when they were all together. Married to her high school sweetheart for 53 years, she and Roger loved to travel and go to sporting events with their family. She especially enjoyed their annual trips to Florida and Branson. She loved music, dancing, quilting, scrapbooki­ng and photograph­y. She loved her kids, her grandkids, and being a part of their activities and capturing the memories.

She was preceded in death by her father, Wendell Hilton and mother, Mary Jo Hilton. Pat is survived by her husband, Roger Maddox, of Hot Springs; her children Brian Maddox and his wife Amy of Searcy, Cary Maddox, and his wife Lori of Maumelle, and Amy Phillips and her husband Jason of Hot Springs; and her brothers Jeff Hilton of Benton, and Joe Hilton of Baton Rouge, La. She was blessed with eight grandchild­ren: Tyler, Reid, Halle, Christina, Grace, Sam, Ella and Maddy; two nephews Grant and Jared, and a niece, Julie.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. on Wednesday, February 12th at Gross Funeral Home, 120 Wright Street, Hot Springs. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. on Thursday, February 13th at National Park Church, 320 Lakeshore Drive, Hot Springs. Interment will follow at Crestview Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for memorials to be made to The Caring Place, 101 Quapaw Ave., Hot Springs, Ark. 71901 and Arkansas Hospice, 508 Ouachita Ave., Hot Springs, Ark. 71901.
