CONWAY — SPC. Alonzo “ZO” Lee,

36, died in his Conway, Ark., home on February 6, 2020. Born in Helena, Ark., to his parents, Alonzo Lee Sr. and Regina Lee, SPC. Lee would go on to attend Clarendon High School and was a member of the St. Paul M.B. Church until he graduated. SPC. Lee held strong ambitions to serve our nation, so he officially joined the United States Army on January 4, 2004. He went on to serve 12 years as a devout soldier including 6 years of foreign service. He served in over five tours and accumulate­d a number of Medals, Badges, and Campaign Ribbons upon receiving an Honorable discharge. He officially retired June 26, 2016, where he resumed life in Conway, Ark., accompanie­d by his wife and children.

He is survived by his Beloved wife, Tammie; daughters, Gabrielle Jones (15), Adrianna Heuberger (6), Grace “My Grace” Lee (5), Kiara Lee (3) and sons, Gavin Lee (11, mom Tori Brown) and Nathan Lee (2); his Beloved parents, Alonzo & Regina Lee; siblings, Dwight (Donna), Charles, Krystal, and Titus Sr. (Latrice), Ramon, Ivory and Nannette Wright; his Beloved nephews, Fernandez Jr. (28), Kenny (25), Titus Jr. (12), Benjamin (4); and niece, Danielle (5). He also leaves behind many beloved Aunts, Uncles, cousins and friends.

SPC. Lee will always be remembered for his personalit­y, service and dedication. And though he endured many struggles in life, his struggles never exceeded his Will to Serve. He always revered family as the most important aspect of his life.

Funeral Services will be on Saturday, February 15, 2020, at 1 p.m. at Roller McNutt Funeral Home in Conway. Visitation will be at 12 noon, one hour prior to the service. Burial will be private. Online guestbook available at www.rollerfune­ralhomes.com/conway.
