HOT SPRINGS — Everett B. “EB” Sullivan,

82 died on March 7, 2020. He was born January 26, 1938 in Stuttgart, Ark., to Everett B. Sullivan, Senior and Catherine Griffin Sullivan.

He grew up in Pine Bluff and graduated from Pine Bluff High School. He attended the University of Arkansas and Arkansas State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administra­tion.

He had a distinguis­hed sales career that began in Texas and included Oklahoma and Kentucky. Ann and EB resided in Louisville, Ky., where they raised their three daughters. During his time in Kentucky, he served eight years as President of the Men’s and Boy’s Apparel Associatio­n. In 2003, EB and his wife Ann retired to Hot Springs, Ark., on Lake Hamilton.

He served as an elder and usher at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Louisville, Ky. In Hot Springs, he served as a volunteer at National Park Hospital where he was honored as Volunteer of the Year.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Ann Blackwell Sullivan; daughters Lane Sullivan of Dallas, Texas; Lauri Perry (David) of Salt Lake City, Utah; Lindy Grimes (Stephen) of Berkeley Heights, New Jersey; grandchild­ren, Clark and Owen Perry (Salt Lake City), Nicholas and Benjamin Grimes (Berkeley Heights); and grand dog “Lady” (Dallas); brother Gary Sullivan of Topeka, Kan.; and sister, Connie Mullis of San Miguel Allende, Mexico.

A Celebratio­n of Life Service will be held at 2 p.m., Monday, March 16 in Anthony Chapel at Garvan Woodland Gardens, immediatel­y followed by a reception in the Magnolia Room.
