Darla Yarbrough of Little Rock has taken on a new position at digital marketing firm iProv. JoAnn Wickes has been hired as an interior designer for Cromwell Architects Engineers.

Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard announced Josh Hallenbeck has joined the firm as associate in the Little Rock office.

Bryan Jackson has been named chief administra­tive officer, and Jeremy Jeffery has been named chief financial officer of Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff.

Harrison Dean, who has served Baptist Health for 37 years, and is currently Western Region president, has announced his plans to retire later this year. Kim Miller will become president of the Baptist Health Western Region effective April 20.
