April court cases continued to May
All in-person proceedings in Arkansas courts have been suspended through April 17, pursuant to the directives of the Arkansas Supreme Court.
Circuit Court plea, arraignment and revocation proceedings set in April will continue as follows:
JEFFERSON COUNTY
1st Division, Judge Alex Guynn. Plea and arraignment for April 6 is continued to 9 a.m. May 4. Revocation proceedings April 7 are continued to 9 a.m. May 5.
2nd Division, Judge Rob Wyatt: Plea and arraignment April 7 is continued to 9 a.m. May 5. Revocation proceedings April 7 will be continued to 1:30 p.m. May 7.
5th Division, Judge Jodi Dennis: Plea and arraignment April 1 is continued to 9 a.m.
LINCOLN COUNTY
1st Division, Judge Alex Guynn: Plea and arraignment April 6 will be at 1:30 p.m. May 4. Revocation proceedings that had been set for April 6 have been rescheduled to 1:30 p.m. May 4.
2nd Division, Judge Rob Wyatt: Plea and arraignment for April 2 is now set for 9 a.m. May 7. Revocation proceedings for April 2 will be 9 a.m. May 7.
5th Division, Judge Jodi Dennis: Plea and arraignment for April 14 has been continued to 9:30 a.m. May 12. Revocation Proceedings slated for April 14 is now set for 9:30 a.m. May 12.
Anyone with questions about a case in circuit court can call their attorney or bail bondsman, not the judges’ offices, officials said.
