91, of Little Rock stepped into eternity on Thursday, April 2, 2020. He was born Thursday, August 9, 1928 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to the late John Powell and Mabel Fairfax Hon Woods. Mr. Woods proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War, achieving the rank of First Lieutenant. He graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1953 with an LLB/JD degree. Mr. Woods joined Timex Corporatio­n that year. He served as Human Resources Manager and Legal Administra­tor for Timex until his retirement in 1992.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of sixty-two years, Dorothy Frances Woods, and his brothers, Gaines, Pendleton and Powell Woods. Dan was a generous and loving man who was greatly involved in his community and church. His greatest joys were his family and his Lord. He was a longtime member and elder at Fellowship Bible Church. Survivors include his daughters, Terry Lynn Woods of Flintstone, Georgia, Dana Leigh Adams (Nick) of Little Rock and Carol Denise Frazier (Rich) of Chandler, Arizona; granddaugh­ters, Christine Winn (Jason), Leanna Crow (Dustin), Haven Nicole Frazier and Mallory Hope Frazier; grandsons, Justin Adams (Christa), Shaun Adams (Mandi), Jonathan Christian Frazier; and six great-grandchild­ren.
