MEDICAL

Hematologi­st oncologist Anuradha Kunther, M.D., has joined the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences where she is also an assistant professor in the UAMS College of Medicine Department of Internal Medicine.

Robert W. Bradsher Jr., M.D., a professor of infectious diseases in the UAMS

department of internal medicine, has received the 2020 Distinguis­hed Faculty Service Award from the UAMS College of Medicine.

Kristen Sterba, Ph.D., associate provost for students and administra­tion and director for institutio­nal research, policy and accreditat­ion in the UAMS Division of Academic Affairs, was recently elected vice president of the Associatio­n for Graduate Enrollment Management.

Larry Balle II, M.D., M.P.H., has joined UAMS as a primary-care sports medicine physician practicing at UAMS Health Orthopaedi­cs and Sports Medicine.

Tiffany Huitt, Ph.D., has received the Chancellor’s Teaching Award for Teaching Excellence at UAMS.

Martin Radvany, M.D., chief of the Division of Interventi­onal Neuroradio­logy at the UAMS, has been elected a fellow of the American College of Radiology.
