PROVIDENCE — Oral Columbus (Bobby) Bolding Jr.,

-

66 of Providence, Ark passed away June 27, 2020. He knew how to live each day to its fullest. He was born on January 9, 1954 in Heber Springs, Ark and is preceded in death by his father, Oral Columbus Bolding Sr.

Survivors include his wife, Debbie Worley Bolding; daughter, Codie Loyd; stepson, Greg Worley; mother, Patricia Bolding, sisters, Rebecca Bolding Starks and Stephanie Bolding Martin; brother, Michael Bolding and two grandchildren, Jagger and Gunner Loyd.

Bobby graduated from Bald Knob High School in 1972 where he excelled in all sports. He attended Arkansas State University and was a brother of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. After college, he began his career working alongside his dad rebuilding motors and managing the auto parts business. He was an outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, riding four wheelers, fishing and perfecting his lawn. Being the top chef especially during weekly fish fry’s and telling stories always put a smile on his face. The bond Bobby and his father-in-law shared with daily activities was one of a kind.

Bobby never met a stranger and would also be the family’s entertainment. He could elicit laughter at most any time with an understatement. There was never a dull moment with him around! At Bobby’s request there will be no service.

There will be a private family celebration of Bobby’s life at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Powell Funeral Home, Bald Knob-Judsonia. www.powellfuneralhome.net.
