Woman, 42, facing drug, theft charges

Little Rock police arrested a woman on Monday on drug and theft charges, according to a report.

Police approached August Baker, 42, in a Kroger parking lot at 6420 Colonel Glenn Road just before noon and reported finding a stolen guitar, valued at about $1,500, and a stolen credit card in her possession. Police reported finding other drugs after a search of the woman.

Baker was taken to the Pulaski

County jail where she is held without bail and is charged with two felony counts of theft by receiving; felony possession of methamphetamine; felony possession of Schedule II drugs; and felony possession of marijuana.
