He is preceded in death by his father, Lindwood Sanders Sr.

He leaves to cherish his memory children, Lindwood Sanders III, and Lyncola Sanders; mother, Irene Sanders; siblings, Brenda Alexander, Barbara Rogers-Jones, Terrence Sanders, Marilyn Underwood, and Allen Hamilton; 4 grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
