DARDANELLE — Jewel Evelyn Judkins Boyce,

age 91, of Dardanelle, passed away Tuesday, September 22, 2020. She was born May 10, 1929, in Russellvil­le, Ark., to the late Radius Judkins and Oral Story Judkins. Jewel was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Dardanelle, the Dardanelle Garden Club, and loved playing bridge and getting to cook. She was a 5-time winner of the Arkansas State Fried Chicken Contest. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charles W. Boyce; one son, Jimmy Lee George; one grandson, Casey George; three sisters, Millie Phelps, Cherry Smith, Grace Campbell; three brothers, Bruce Judkins, Tommy Judkins, Frank Judkins; one half-brother, Gary Don Judkins; one half-sister, Barbara Ann Judkins; and two stepsons, Sammy Boyce and Dr. Charles Clay Boyce.

Survivors include her three children, Ken George Sr. (Karen Mayfield), Jess George, Steve George; eight grandchild­ren, Kelly George, Kenneth George Jr., Dusty George (Lizza), Brooke George, Jeff George, Ellis Boyce Noland (Briant), Janie Boyce Ward (Michael), Anne Boyce Tedford (Alan), Mary Boyce McMillan (William).; 17 great grandchild­ren; and a daughter-in-law, Arden Boyce.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, September 25, 2020, at Brearley Cemetery in Dardanelle with Bro. Jim Benfer officiatin­g. Visitation will be held Thursday, 4 p.m.-6 p.m., at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle. Arrangemen­ts by Cornwell Funeral Home in Dardanelle.
