Mrs. Frances Joyner, 72, of Pine Bluff, passed away Friday, October 9, 2020, at the Jefferson Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be Saturday, October 17, 2020, at the Pine Hill Missionary Baptist Church at 2 p.m. Visitation will be Friday, October 16, 2020, from 5 p.m. until 6 p.m., at the P.K. Miller Mortuary. Interment will be at the Forest Lawn Cemetery.
