UCA alumni group names board picks
The University of Central Arkansas Alumni Association board of directors has seated new members, according to UCA spokeswoman Amanda Hoelzeman.
The new members are Jack Bell, Paul Bradley, Kim Crissler, Wes Dyson, Maria Kramer and Lori Melton.
The UCA Alumni Association board develops and oversees the organization’s programs and budgets to advance the group’s interests. The board has 20 volunteer members each serving threeyear terms.
Bell, who is chief of staff for the city of Conway, has been involved in and a donor to many UCA initiatives. He is a life member of the Lettermen’s Club and UCA Alumni Association.
Bradley is a Conway native who serves as director of marketing at Conway Regional Health System. He is involved with the College of Business’ Business Information Technology club, speaks at career fairs and is a UCA Alumni Association life member.
Crissler served in the U.S. Navy for nine years and then worked for the Department of Veterans Affairs until his retirement in 2014. He is a Purple Circle member and a UCA Alumni Association life member. He earned a bachelor of science and a master of arts degrees.
Dyson is an account executive at Williamson Insurance Agency and a member of the Arkansas Insurance Hall of Fame board. He is a life member of the UCA Alumni Association and UCA’s Purple Circle.
Kramer is a physician recruiter for Conway Regional Health System. As a UCA student, Kramer was a member of Alpha Sigma Alpha sorority. She currently serves as chapter adviser for the Beta Lambda Chapter of Alpha Sigma Alpha at UCA. She has also served as the liaison between the Young Alumni Chapter and UCA Alumni Association, and as the adviser for the Association of Future Alumni.
Melton is the senior vice president at First Community Bank and was a former chairman of the UCA Foundation board of directors.
