MARY ELMS MORRISON,

-

46, of Little Rock, passed away on November 12, 2020. She was born in Jacksonville, on December 18, 1973, to William Earl Elms and Bettie Milam. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend.

She enjoyed hosting special occasions and regularly planned Independence Day cookouts with fireworks and elaborate Halloween costume parties. She appreciated a wide range of musical interests from folk to rock and introduced many of her friends to her favorite artist John Prine. She proudly supported her children’s music from marching band all the way to large choral events, even seeing her daughter sing at Carnegie Hall. She was a Registered Nurse (RN) for 23 years and worked for 18 years at Arkansas Cardiology Clinic, where she mentored and supported many healthcare workers. By far, her favorite surprise in life was being a twin mom. The days were long while the years were short, but she loved celebrating all of William and Haley’s accomplishments.

Mary was preceded in death by her mother, Bettie Milam; and her brothers, Elvis and Winfred Milam. Mary leaves behind her loving husband of 22 years, Harvey Morrison; her children William and Haley Morrison; her father, William Elms; brothers, Roger Milam (Deborrah) and Don Milam; sister, Susie Milam; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Memorial service will be Saturday, November 21, 2020, at 2 p.m., at Roller-Owens Funeral Home, 5509 John F. Kennedy Blvd, North Little Rock, Ark. All attendees must provide and wear a mask. Online guestbook is available at www.rollerfuneralhomes.com/owens
