ROGERS — Donna Watson Ragar,

age 66, of Rogers, passed away early Sunday, November 22, 2020, at Mercy Hospital in Rogers. She was preceded in death by her parents Bill and Ruth Watson of Warren.

Born and raised in Warren, Donna then started her college studies at the University of Arkansas in Fayettevil­le. She finished her degree in nursing at UA-Monticello. Donna began working as a registered nurse at Bradley County hospital in Warren, followed by a time at Drew County hospital in Monticello. Donna then served the state of Arkansas working at numerous Arkansas Department of Health locations for 29 years before retiring in 2018. She took pride in being a nurse as it suited her servant heart.

Donna is survived by her husband, Jim Ragar of Rogers, son and wife, Tony and Erika Ragar of Fayettevil­le, son and wife, Trent and Amanda Ragar of Rogers, her three precious grandchild­ren, Kennedy, Conley, and James, brother and wife, Don and Patsy Watson of Warren, along with many in-laws, cousins, nephews and nieces. All of these she loved deeply.

Please join us for a home going celebratio­n Saturday afternoon, November 28, 2020, at Oakland Cemetery in Warren, Ark. Graveside service at 2 p.m., with visitation before service at 1 p.m., in Oakland Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home.

A heartfelt thank you to her cousin (more like sister) Anna Bray for a lifelong friendship as well as her love, compassion, and caring assistance given to Donna during her times of need the last two years. The family would also like to thank the doctors, nurses, and staff of Barnes-Jewish Hospital, Mercy Hospital of Rogers, Apple Creek Health and Rehab, and Jamestown Nursing and Rehab.
