William “Bill” Bryant, Jr., 76, of Pine Bluff, Ark., died Saturday, November 21, 2020.

He was born December 14, 1943 in San Antonio, Texas, son of William B. Bryant, Sr. and Edna Paquin Bryant.

Bill was reared and received his early education at the Annunciati­on Academy in Pine Bluff before graduating from Pine Bluff High School in 1961. He attended the University of Arkansas at Fayettevil­le.

He sold cars for several car dealership­s in Pine Bluff, including Miller Buick, Billington Honda-Mazda, and George Motes before retiring after 47 years in the car business.

Bill was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Along with his love for his family, he enjoyed gardening, woodworkin­g, cooking, and going to his grandchild­ren’s ball games.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant sister, Caroline Lee Bryant.

Survivors include three daughters, Courtney McGough (Trey), Victoria Doyle, and Veronica Sturdivant (Michael); brother, Noel F. “Bud” Bryant (Gail); sister, Mary Bryant-Undeutsch (Walt); granddaugh­ter, Molly Doyle and four grandsons, Bradley, Jacob, John Michael, and Austin Lee Sturdivant.

A Mass of Christian Burial

will be 10 a.m., Monday, November 30, 2020 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Joseph Marconi and Deacon Noel F. “Bud” Bryant officiatin­g. Interment will follow in Graceland Cemetery by Ralph Robinson and Son Funeral Directors. All current state Covid-19 guidelines apply. Please wear a mask.
