Dariauna Lewis (15.5 points per game, sixth in SWAC; 11.9 rebounds per game, second in SWAC) and Deshawna Harper (14.9 points per game, seventh in SWAC) lead the Bulldogs.

Alabama A&M won the first meeting between the teams in Pine Bluff, 57-47, on Jan. 11.

The UAPB men once again nearly erased a big deficit in a 73-67 loss at Alabama State. The Golden Lions trailed by 21 points with more than 9 minutes to play before a late-game rally in which they outscored ASU by 15 points down the stretch.

This will be the first meeting between the men’s teams this season, as the Jan. 11 contest in Pine Bluff was postponed due to covid-10 issues in the AAMU program.
