Jim’s family has fond memories of the holiday season where they gathered around to watch Jim’s favorite film, It’s a Wonderful Life. One of Clarence’s quotes from the movie was “Strange isn’t it? Each man’s life touches so many other lives. When he isn’t around he leaves an awful hole, doesn’t he?”. Jim’s last words were how much he loved his wife and children and that he indeed had a wonderful life! Jim was a kind, gentle being. His life was a testament of how to care for others. We will forever miss him but always cherish the time we spent together.

A small graveside service will be held 2 p.m., Wednesday, February 10, at Forrest Park Cemetery in Forrest City, Ark. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date when gatherings are safe.
