MAYFLOWER — Norma Jean Bratcher

age 85 of Mayflower passed away on February 10, 2021. Born August 7, 1935 in Dallas, Texas to Robert Charles Vaughan and Orby Faye Orman, both deceased. She was preceded in death by her siblings Robert “Sonny” Vaughan and Leona May Vaughan. Married to Donald Holsclaw, deceased, with whom she had four children. Later she married Arthur Boysen Bratcher, deceased, owner of Twin City Beverage Company, a Miller Beer Distributo­rship for Pulaski County. They enjoyed years of travel, especially Las Vegas and Hawaii. Later she continued to travel with friends and her son, Tony enjoying many special moments. A talented china painter, a hobby, she enjoyed for years. She was an avid pet lover of all kinds of animals especially her dogs and cats. A loving Mother and friend to Diane Carlisle Bray of Little Rock, Deborah “Debbie” Wright, her loving son in law, David Wright of Mayflower, Ark., daughter Kay Sheffield (Phillip Sheffield) Hot Springs and son, William Anthony “Tony” Hoyack, Louisville, Ky., Five grandchild­ren, Steve Carlisle, Tara Wright, Jay (deceased), David Wright ll.,( Christy) Zachery Wright, and Sabrina Anderson. Great-grandchild­ren: Jordan Carlisle (Kathryn), Corbin Carlisle Foster (Chase) Mary Cayman Carlisle, Charles Williams, Sebastian and Catherine Williams, Bailey and Will Wright, David and Sidney Wright.

Services will be held at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Memorial on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 with viewing available at noon. Service and interment to follow at 1 p.m. Donations can be made to the Pulaski County Humane Society.
