Learn about God’s unconditional love

- By Anthony Armstrong Special to The Commercial

“Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up.” 1 Corinthians 13:4.

Experience the power of God’s love at Unity Christian Fellowship Church, 2712 S. Bay St. Come out and learn about God’s unconditional love. Receive joy, strength and peace through the Word of God.

Gain natural and spiritual clarity, receive encouragement and pertinent teaching where you need it most.

People across the U.S., including many of us right here at home, have faced numerous catastrophic situations. The recent historic snowstorm left many without power or water. Before the snow could completely melt, we dealt with low water pressure throughout our community. Our local hospital and local university were heavily impacted by this chain of events.

God is still in control and He has taken care of us in the U.S. and abroad. He has turned our situation around and for that we give Him honor and glory!

The spirit of unity is an important facet of life. The word of God reminds us that it is both good and pleasant. The recent historic snowstorm that hit our city and state had many of us isolated.

Even when isolated, we can still unite through the wisdom and direction given to us by the Holy Spirit. We can unite with one another through prayer, phone calls or video chats.

“Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! It is like the precious ointment upon the head, that ran down upon the beard, even Aaron’s beard: that went down to the skirts of his garments; As the dew of Hermon, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion: for there the Lord commanded the blessing, even life for evermore.” Psalms 133: 1-3.
