Suspects jailed in drive-by shooting

An arrest was made related to shots fired Sunday morning near the Spanish Willows Apartments on Geyer Springs Road in Little Rock.

Raylin Rashad Bailey, 23, was arrested on charges of first-degree assault, three counts of terroristi­c act, two counts of aggravated assault, carrying certain prohibited weapons and possession of marijuana, according to the arrest report.

An occupied vehicle and others outside were shot at numerous times, the report read. No injuries were reported but three cars were struck by bullets, the incident report states.

Two people told police they were pulling into the apartments at 7510 Geyer Springs Road after dropping off their child when they saw a pickup pulling out, according to the incident report.

The truck had three people inside, two of them wearing ski masks. One person told police she recognized the one without a mask as Bailey.

As the woman drove past the people in the truck, she told police, they began firing at her vehicle, hitting it. She told police she got out of the car and began shooting back until they fled in the truck.

Bailey was located at a Hoffman Road address with loaded SKS and AK47 rifles and arrested around 10 a.m. Sunday, according to the arrest report.

The incident report states two other people fled from a second vehicle at the same address.

Allen Ivory was also listed as a suspect on the incident report. Ivory was arrested Sunday on first-degree assault and transporte­d to the Pulaski County jail, according to the inmate log.

Bailey was also being held Pulaski County jail as of Monday evening.

A third suspect was listed as unknown on the incident report.
