Tommy Papasan of Danville has been appointed to the Chambers Bank Board of Directors.
Matt Kendall has been named president and chief executive officer of Arvest’s mortgage division and Arvest Central Mortgage Company, a role he has filled on an interim basis since February.
Chris Wolcott was recently hired as the vice president of commercial banking for Armor Bank in Hot Springs.

Bill Sabo has been hired as the first Regional Office Director of the new Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center at the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith College of Business and Industry.
Elizabeth Small, primary instructor for the Real Estate program for the University of Arkansas at Little Rock’s School of Business, will take on an additional role with the university as director of business networks.

Lauren Waldrip has been selected as executive director of the Arkansas Advanced Energy Association and its educational affiliate the Arkansas Advanced Energy Foundation.
