HARDY — Marion Leroy Todd,

81, of Hardy, Arkansas, passed away September 21, 2021, at St. Bernard’s Medical Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas. He was born on August 29, 1940, in Nimmons, Arkansas, and was the son of the late Robert and Orangie (Simmons) Todd. Marion was united in marriage to Bonnie (Harmon) Todd, on December 1, 1961.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Orangie Todd; wife, Bonnie Todd and brother, Harvey Todd. Marion enjoyed fishing and restoring old cars.

Marion is survived by his three sons, Marion Wade Todd and wife Lorie of Ash Flat, Arkansas, Damon Scott Todd and wife Stormy of Ash Flat, Arkansas, Michael Edward Todd and wife Naomi Jean of Hardy, Arkansas; his significant other Marie Rose; five grandchildren, Blake Todd of Newport, Arkansas, Chandler Todd of Newport, Arkansas, Brittany Richardson and husband Adam of Hardy, Arkansas, Robert Todd of Wichita, Kansas, Olivia Cox of Ash Flat, Arkansas; four great-grandchildren, Claire Todd, Kaydie Todd, Lane Mullaney and Amelia Richardson; brother, Dennis Todd and wife Maxine of Marble Hill, Missouri; and many other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 25, 2021, at 1 p.m., at the Hoggard & Sons Chapel in Piggott, Arkansas. Burial is in Piggott Cemetery in Piggott, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be Michael Todd, Blake Todd, Chandler Todd, Rick Dickinson, Tony Rook, Stanley Fitzpatrick and Steve Rose. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation is Friday, from 6 until 8 p.m., at Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home in Piggott, Arkansas.
