WILLIAM R. “BILL” KREMER, of Little Rock, passed away September 23,

2021. Born July 14, 1932, to Fred and Mary Kremer, he attended parochial school in Scranton, Arkansas, and graduated from Subiaco Academy. He attended the monastery for two years before entering the U.S. Air Force. During his four year military career, he was sent overseas to Lyon, France, as a crew chief and flight engineer on a B-26 bomber. Following his discharge, he lived in Wichita, Kansas, and then went to Fayettevil­le where he attended the University of Arkansas, graduating in 1961.

After graduation, Bill moved to Little Rock where he worked with Fred Roger & Company and Dillard’s before establishi­ng his own CPA and Real Estate firms. He was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church before the church was built at its present location. Bill enjoyed playing tennis and golf at the Pleasant Valley Country Club where he was a member. An avid Razorback fan, he and his wife, Donna, enjoyed going to their football and basketball games and always looked forward to each new season. They also enjoyed traveling, gardening, dancing and having fun with their family and friends.

Bill and Donna have a combined family including seven children, Linda Kremer (Bruce Berg), Mark Kremer, Douglas Kremer (Trinidee), Rachel Kremer, Sara Gardner (Price), Stephanie Kremer (Joel High), and Martin Blayn Chipman (Melissa); numerous grandchild­ren; and great-grandchild­ren. Also surviving are his sisters, Evelyn Lensing, Carol Bonner (Claude) and Peggy Stacy. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Larry Kremer. Bill will be missed by his family and friends. His hearty laugh will always be remembered by all.

Bill was laid to rest at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery on Thursday, September 30, 2021, with full military honors.
