CABOT — Lynn Marie Whited,

age 65, of Cabot, went to be with her Lord and Savior September 28, 2021. She was born March 29, 1956, in Phoenix, Arizona, to the late Charles and Ruth Childers. Mrs. Whited was a retired school teacher of Pulaski County Special School District. She owned Holiday Hair Salon, as well as, operating as a cosmetolog­ist for well over twenty years. Best hairdresse­r around town. Through all of her accomplish­ments, she was most proud to be a mother and Nana, not only to her two children and four grandchild­ren but to many others. Mrs. Whited was a member of Jacksonvil­le Booster Club, “Mom Squad” with some of her lifelong friends, all Alumni of Jacksonvil­le “Class of 74”.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Orin Lee Whited in 2020, and son, Eric Lee Whited on October 22, 1994. Lynn Marie Whited was a legendary, classy, magical lady and “they lived happily ever after”. Lynn Whited is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Yvonne and Patrick Brock of Cabot; four grandchild­ren, Klint (Lillian) Pollzzie of Cabot, Konnor Pollzzie of Cabot, Brendon Brock of Sherwood, and Cailey (Dakota) Hall of Little Rock; two brothers, Gary (Jackie) Childers of Little Rock, and Bryan (Cindy) Childers of Conway; as well as aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends, that she knew as family.
