NORTH LITTLE ROCK — McKimmey Associates, Realtors in North Little Rock recently welcomed Athena Hum to the team as a licensed Realtor. Hum, who received her license in August, has a diverse background that she said will help her excel within the real estate industry.

“My past experiences as a traveling software trainer, in medical software sales and as an Audi saleswoman and steel-building draftsman have laid a foundation for me to be a well-rounded Realtor,” Hum said.

Aside from her Realtor training, Hum has personal homebuying experience that will be beneficial when helping her clients.

“I chose real estate because I understand what it means to be a homeowner and how exciting it is to create those happy memories,” she said. “Helping people is a passion of mine. … I love creating relationships and being able to help families with a pleasurable experience, whether buying or selling homes.”

Hum said choosing McKimmey was an easy decision for her because of the agency’s great reputation.

“As a new Realtor, I wanted to start my professional career with an outstanding company,” Hum said.

Hum hopes that continued dedication to her clients will help her be successful in the industry.

“Commitment, communication and care [are important to me],” Hum said. “I am committed to my clients, giving them confidence and peace of mind with consistent communication and caring about their wants and needs.”
