of North Little Rock, died Saturday, December 11, 2021. Charlie was born December 4, 1959, in Searcy, Ark., to the late Claude and Arverla Bradford. He was a graduate of North Little Rock High School, formally Ole Main, class of 1978. Charlie enjoyed life to the fullest. His favorite thing to say was that, “He was still in his prime”, meaning he felt young and could do anything. Charlie loved riding motorcycle­s and spending time with his grandkids. He was employed at his family business, Bellwood Auto Service, when he was 17 and later took over as the owner. He loved serving the community as a mechanic and helped others in any way he could in his 43 years of employment. Charlie also enjoyed being an Auxiliary Deputy at the White County Sheriff’s Department for 20 years. Charlie is survived by his wife of 42 years, Pam Bradford; one daughter, Kayla McElmurry; two grandchild­ren, Caroline and Beau McElmurry; and one sister, Tammy Robinson (Chris). The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Harrison Ben Starnes, Dr. Muhammad Alam, Dr. Kashaf Rasheed, Dr. Fakhar Ijaz, and especially to his PD nurse and friend Dawn Stout. Also thank you to the staff at Davita Dialysis Central Little Rock.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 18, 2021, at 11 a.m., in the chapel at A Natural State Funeral Service with a visitation one hour prior. Arrangemen­ts have been entrusted to A Natural State Funeral Service, 2620 West Main Street, Jacksonvil­le, Arkansas, 72076, 501-982-3400.
