age 36, died December 19, 2021 in Little Rock, Ark. Robert was born on November 13, 1985 in Ft. Worth, Texas. He attended Our Lady of the Holy Souls Catholic School, where his mother taught art. He was the class clown, an intellect, and a generous soul; kind, and caring. He received his diploma and attended the PTC Aviations program. Robert had a passion for all things fast; from planes and trains to motorcycle­s and cars. As a toddler he loved taking things apart then putting them back together. Robert loved the ocean and constructi­ng sand castles while spending his childhood summers in Florida with his grandparen­ts. More than anything, he was an advocate for animals and had a soft spot for strays. He is survived by his daughter, Charlee, two years old; parents Steve and Aimee Long (Little Rock), siblings; Ashlee, Matt and Eva Lieblong, Emalee and Cecilia Long, Leslee Long, and Joseph Long (all of Little Rock). Other family includes Mary “Grandmary” Armstrong (Little Rock), Jim and Sandy (Memphis, Tenn.), David and Ann (Benton), Fred and Jeanie (N. Little Rock), Diana Lett (McMinnevil­le, Ore.) Kent Armstrong (Little Rock) along with many cousins. Family and friends are invited to join in his Celebratio­n of Life on Monday, December 27, 2021 from 6-7:45 p.m., with a Rosary Service at 7:45 p.m., at Griffin Leggett Healey and Roth Funeral Home, at 5800 W. 12th street, Little Rock, Ark. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on the following day, December 28, 2021 at Our Lady of Holy Souls Catholic Church 1003 N. Tyler in Little Rock at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, please contact the Long family for donations for Robert’s daughter, Charlee.
