passed peacefully from this world on May 25, 2022. She is preceded in death by her husband, Harry Whitlowe Heidelberg; and her parents, Lyle Orlando Hill and Geraldine Starner Hill.

She leaves behind daughters, Lyndi (Rob) Gregory of Sherwood, Laurie (Robert) Johnson of North Little Rock; and son, Rick Heidelberg of Beebe; nine grandchild­ren; 13 great-grandchild­ren; and two sisters, Virginia (William L.) Jones of Scott, Ark., and Julie (Ramey F.) Kemp of Raleigh, N.C,; and nieces and nephews.

Suzy was born in Chicago, Illinois, on June 18, 1938, where she lived until 1946 when her family moved to Jacksonvil­le, Ark. Suzy graduated from Jacksonvil­le High School in 1957. She attended the University of Arkansas in Fayettevil­le, where she was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts Degree.

She married Harry Heidelberg in 1958. Their family resided in Missouri, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Tennessee, before permanentl­y settling in Sherwood, Ark., in 1970, where they lived the remainder of their lives.

Suzy and Harry were avid golfers, winning many tournament­s and club championsh­ips around the state over the years. As UA Alumni, they were extremely passionate Razorback sports fans. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmothe­r. She will be forever missed by all who knew and loved her.

She and her husband were members of Park Hill Presbyteri­an Church in North Little Rock for many years. A ceremony honoring her will be held at their church at 1 p.m. Friday, June 3. Her final resting place will be with her husband in the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock, Ark.
