WYNNE — Louise Snow Bethell,

84, of Wynne, Ark., entered the arms of her Savior on May 28, 2023. She was born September 29, 1938, in Searcy, Ark., to Alton Snow, Jr. and Rhoda A. Snow. Louise grew up in Des Arc, Ark., where she graduated from Des Arc High School in 1956. There she met and married the love of her life, Dr. Robert Dailey Bethell (Bobby), only to be parted by his death in December 2022. Their lasting love of 61 years left an indelible mark on their children and grandchild­ren. Louise loved making her home a warm and loving place for her family. She was faithfully devoted to Bobby and supported him in every way. She loved and encouraged her children and was always present and available for them. She was a special “Nana” to her eight grandchild­ren. She was an active member of Wynne Baptist Church for fifty-three years. She had a strong faith and loved studying God’s Word. She participat­ed in a special Bible Study with dear friends for many years. Louise was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Robert Dailey Bethell; her parents, Alton and Rhoda Snow; her brother, Douglas Snow; her sister, Linda Horn, all of whom she greatly adored. She is survived by her three children, Lisa Simmons (David) of Greenbrier, Ark.; Bob Bethell (Robin) of Wynne, Ark.; Amy Keith (Kent) of Fayettevil­le, Ark.; eight grandchild­ren, Dailey Bethell (Amelia), Jacob Bethell, Riley Bethell, Anna Claire Bethell, Savannah Simmons, Madeline Simmons, Olivia Keith, Sawyer Keith; and a beloved twin sister, Lucille Humphries. She leaves behind many other family members and friends that she loved and cherished. Our hearts mourn her departure from this earth but rejoice that she is in the presence of Christ and reunited with her “Bobby”. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, June 1, 2023, at Lakeside Cemetery in Des Arc, Ark. at 2 p.m. Kernodle Funeral Home is in charge of arrangemen­ts.
