CENTERTON — Sandra Dell Milam Keeter, 62,

of Centerton, Ark., passed away on Friday, August 11, 2023, at the Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale. She was born on Oct. 20, 1960, in Harrison, Ark., a daughter of O’Dale and Dottie Slape Milam. Sandra was a 1978 graduate of Harrison High School. She was extremely gifted and worked in many fields over the years including the Boone County Hospital, the trucking industry, and the title insurance business. She liked a challenge and was appreciated by many for her hard work and perseverance. Sandra also had a very creative side. She made gifts for friends and family and was always a joy to be around. She participated in several fun girls trips with her mother, sisters, and daughters over the years making memories that will be cherished for a lifetime. Her laugh was infectious-and even after finding out she had cancer, she continued to make us laugh with her witty comments and expressions. She was preceded in death by her father and her grandparents, Bill and Leona Slape and Johnie and Murl Milam. She is survived by her two daughters, Katheryn Perryman and spouse, Wayne, of Gravette and Kristen Downs and spouse, John, of St. Augustine, Fla.; her mother and step-father, Dottie and Cletus Rentfro of Dover; her beloved grandchildren, Corbyn Perryman (Kynzi), Kaidyn Perryman, Kyndra Henry and Lowell Downs; siblings, Rita Moore (David), Randy Milam and Cassie Elliott (Scott); her dear friend, Larry Moore; her dog, Bella; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

The funeral and burial will be private at Maple Leaf Cemetery under the direction of Holt Memorial Chapel of Harrison.

Pallbearers will be Wayne Perryman, John Downs, Tri Milam, Coleman Elliott, Corbyn Perryman and Kaidyn Perryman.

Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Monday, Aug. 14, 2023, at Holt Memorial Chapel.
