HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE — Judy Lu (Venable) Gee,

of Hot Springs Village, passed away Saturday, September 16, at the home of her daughter and son-In-law, Cindy and Pike Mosley, where she had lived since July. She was born on February 18, 1941 in Camden, Ark., to the late Franklin Rosser and Dorothy Wilba (Reynolds) Venable. She is survived by her sister, Susan Shelton of Mabelvale; two daughters: Cindy Mosley (Pike) of Hot Springs Village and Christy Darrington (Robert) of Sherwood; one granddaugh­ter, Courtney Lytle (Tyler) of Morganton, N.C.; three grandsons: Robby Darrington (Megan) of Cabot, Sgt. Michael Darrington of Baltimore Md., and Phillip Darrington of Sherwood; her great-grandsons, Parker Darrington and Sam Lytle; a number of nieces and nephews, and “her loyal companion,” Oliver (miniature Sheltie). In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her husband, Wallace T. Gee, and sister, Sara Lee Herrmann. The family wants to give a big thank you to Arkansas Hospice (Hot Springs), especially to Laura, Sheryl, Brittany, John Mark and Melissa. You will never know how much you meant to mom and the rest of the family over the last few months. The service followed by fellowship and lunch, will be held at Pinecrest Funeral Home, 7401 Highway 5 N, Alexander, Ark., on Friday, October 20, at 11 a.m., Pastor John Moore officiatin­g.
