of Little Rock, Ark., found peace on Tuesday, Jan 2, 2024, at 57 years, after a battle with cancer. Thomas was proud and loving father to Xiomara Celeste and Spirit Brother to many. Thomas was born in Flint, Mich., graduated from Clio High School (Michigan) in 1984; and moved to Arkansas in the late 1990’s. For his entire life, Thomas had a passion for music. He could play any instrument and had numerous bands and musical partnershi­ps. He was blessed with many friends, who surrounded him with love and steadfast faith. Thomas is survived by his daughter, Xiomara; Xi’s mother, Ayan Watson; father, Gerald Totten; siblings, Mary (Robert) Vizer and Mark (Sophia) Totten; nephew, Joshua Vizer; nieces, Nicole Vizer, Lily Totten, and Ella Totten; aunts, Catherine, Vicky, Sally (Steve), and Peggy; uncle, Richard (Pam); and many cousins. He was preceded in death by mother, Sharron Totten; uncles, Gerald, Scott, and Dan; and aunt, Kathy. We would like to thank his friends, Sandy and Michael, his doctors at CARTI, and the MICU staff at UAMS Hospital. In lieu of flowers, please do something musical in Thomas’ memory: make a joyful noise, rock steady, be jammin’, lose yourself in dance, etc.

A Celebratio­n of Life will take place on Saturday, January 13, at 1 p.m. at Robinson Mortuary South, 6400 Mabelvale Pike, Little Rock. Another celebratio­n will be held in Michigan at a later date.
