17-piece band to play at activity center

The City of Lakeway’s Big Band Bash presents a grand opportunity to celebrate the holidays by taking a special someone to dance or listen to the 17-piece Republic of Texas Big Band from 8-10 p.m. Monday at Lakeway Activity Center, 105 Cross Creek.

Local singers David Cummings and Lisa Clark will be featured. The event is free, but donations to the band are encouraged.
