American Legion plans chili cook-off

The 12th annual CASI Chili cook-off is scheduled at 8 a.m. on Jan. 5-6 at the American Legion, 3003 Loop 150 East, Bastrop. The entry fee is $20 on Saturday and $18 on Sunday.

The meal is from 5-7 p.m. and is free to all cooks and $6 for everyone else.
