Rouse went 10-5 and reached the semifinal round of the Class 4A, Division I playoffs The case for Mann: The only coach that Rouse has ever known, Mann went 2-17-1 in his first two years with the program. But Mann guided Rouse to 10 wins and the program’s first playoff berth en route to the state semifinals, Rouse won its four playoff games by the combined score of 172-48.
