Christmas tree recycling available

The City of Round Rock is offering Christmas tree recycling for residents from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Saturday at the Brush Recycling Center at 310 Deepwood Drive.

The city is encouraging residents to recycle their trees on Saturday and Jan. 5, when city officials will be giving away free small trees to those who recycle their Christmas trees while supplies last.

Before recycling Christmas trees, residents must remove all decorations.
