Ash: hair yesterday, gone today

For much of his time at Texas, sophomore quarterback David Ash has sported a mop top that would have made the Beatles proud. But no longer.

“I was sitting down and my hair was in my eyes,” he said. “I flipped it back and it hit me in the eye and it stung and I got really mad. So I just said, ‘I’m going to get a haircut.’ ”
