Joseph scores 20 in over­time win

Toros be­gin ex­tra pe­riod with 8-0 run.

Cory Joseph led all scor­ers with 20 points as the Austin Toros went on the road to de­feat the Can­ton Charge 107-98 in over­time on Wed­nes­day night.

The Toros went on an 8-0 run to start the over­time and outscored the Charge 14-5 to win for the first time in three games.

Tre Kel­ley sank two free throws for the Toros (7-5) with 38 sec­onds left on the clock to tie the score at 93. Jorge Guti- er­rez missed a layup for the Charge (6-8) down the mid­dle of the lane as time ex­pired, forc­ing the ex­tra pe­riod.

Justin Dent­mon contributed 18 points and five as­sists in the con­test. Aubrey Cole­man recorded a dou­ble-dou­ble as he scored 15 points and hauled in ten 10 re­bounds.

The Charge had three play­ers with dou­ble­dou­bles, notably Arinze Onu­aku, who scored 12 points and grabbed 15 re­bounds to go along with his four blocked shots. Travis Franklin led the Charge with 15 points.
