Kendra Scott expands jewelry store to Houston.

-

Austin’s own Kendra Scott is expanding her brand of bold and colorful jewelry by opening more stores across the country, starting with two stores in Houston. Her South Congress flagship store remains in Austin.

Houston’s Rice Village boutique opened recently and is the largest store to date. Shoppers will have an interactive experience with the Kendra Scott Color Bar, which allows customers to customize jewelry by picking out gemstones, jewelry silhouettes and settings, features multiple touchscreen display monitors and iPads.

Also in Houston, the new CityCentre location is expected to open in January, and also will include the Color Bar. Both locations will feature rooms for private events as well.

Kendra Scott jewelry was founded in 2002, and the brand is now sold at retailers such as Nordstrom and Bloomingdale’s. Several celebrity clients have worn Kendra Scott pieces including Sofia Vergara, Eva Longoria and Cameron Diaz. The Houston stores are located at Rice Village, 2411 Times Blvd., Suite 120, and CityCentre, 816 Town and Country Blvd., Suite 131.
