The Colorado Springs Sky Sox defeated the Round Rock Express 6-5 in 10 innings Monday to complete the sweep of the four-game series in Colorado Springs.

A sacrifice fly by Manny Pina drove home Kyle Wren to end the game.

The loss for the Express is their third straight by just one run and their second setback in extra innings in the series.

Wren led the Sky Sox, going 5 for 5 with two doubles and three runs scored. Michael Reed also had two doubles in addition to two runs scored.

Eric Young Jr. went 4 for 5 with a double, two RBIs and a run scored. He also stole three bases.

Joey Gallo hit a two-run home run in the first inning, and the Express added another run in the second to take a 3-0 lead. The Sky Sox put up three runs in the bottom of the second to tie the game, however.

Colorado Springs tied the game again in the sixth on an error by Kyle Kubitza. Neither team scored in the next three innings.

Austin Ross (5-2) earned the win as he allowed no runs on three hits through 22/3 innings. Andrew Faulkner (5-2) lost for the second time this year, allowing the winning run on one hit in two-thirds of an inning.

Express starter Austin BibensDirkx allowed four earned runs on 12 hits through six innings.
