Two Austin marketing groups — The MOD Studio and Intelechy Group — have merged to form MODintelechy, the companies announced Monday.

Financial terms of the deal were not released.

In a news release, the companies said the partnership will allow them to deliver a full-service marketing approach. MOD Studio founder Maria Orozova and Intelechy founder Scott Thomas will lead the new combined agency, the companies said.

The MOD Studio specialized in creative marketing, design and implementation. Intelechy provided data-driven marketing through analytics, automation and digital technologies.

Now, the newly formed MODintelechy will specialize in brand development, web design, social media management and more, according to the news release.

“Everyone is connected. Yet, the average customer experience has never been more fragmented. We merged to deliver an elevated option,” Orozova said.

The companies combined have more than 25 employees. Their clients include Exclusive Resorts, AdCouncil, Dell, SailPoint, Austin Asset, Flex, the University of Texas and Ballet Austin, according to a news release.

“MODintelechy’s core values are to be resourceful, ambitious, impactful and nimble,” Orozova said. “These have long been characteristics of both agencies, now strengthened through our merger as guiding principles for everything we do.”
