What happened last year? In short, injuries wiped out many of the key players, including quarterback Joe Flacco, wide receiver Steve Smith Sr. and pass rusher Terrell Suggs. But even before physical setbacks fully piled up, the Ravens lost several close games early in the season.

Key additions: The three W’s — safety Eric Weddle, wide receiver Mike Wallace and tight end Benjamin Watson — add plenty of experience. But are they past their primes?
