He struck out 11. ■ Giants: Joe Panik’s go-ahead sacrifice fly in the seventh helped the Giants beat the Nationals 5-3 and snap a three-game losing streak. The Giants won for only the third time in 14 games. Hunter Pence, back after missing 48 games with a strained right hamstring that required surgery, went 1-for-3 and scored a run. ■ Rockies: Jorge De La Rosa earned his 100th career victory in a 7-2 decision over the Mets. The Rockies won their fifth straight and improved to 12-4 since the All-Star break. The Mets lost their fourth in a row. ■ Padres: The Padres traded veteran OF Matt Kemp and $10.5 million to the Braves for IF-OF Hector Olivera. ■ Brewers: C Jonathan Lucroy was held out of the lineup as the Brewers considered trading him.
