practice for a second straight day, it’s unlikely he’s active against the Patriots. Lewis has been sidelined for the past three games. Otherwise, the Ravens continue to benefit from good health heading into their final four games. REDSKINS: Center Kory Lichtensteiger has been activated by Washington from its injured reserve list. He’s the one player the team will be allowed to designate for return this season. Lichtensteiger, who was the starting center when the season began, has been out since injuring his calf in Week 3. He had been replaced in the lineup by Spencer Long, who suffered a concussion last week. John Sullivan, a veteran free agent who was signed when Lichtensteiger was hurt, is expected to start today for the Redskins (6-5-1) at Philadelphia (5-7). Washington waived veteran defensive lineman A.J. Francis (Maryland), who didn’t play a game for them.
