Maryland teen golfers set record

Maryland teenagers Aneka Seumanutaf­a and Faith Choi were on a record-setting roll at the U.S. Women’s Amateur Four Ball Championsh­ips last weekend at Timuquana Country Club in Jacksonvil­le, Fla., breaking the record for lowest 18-hole stroke-play score by four shots with a 60 in the opening round. Seumanutaf­a, 18, made 10 birdies on her own ball during a bogey-free round. Choi, 16, made two birdies. They were eliminated Monday in the Round of 32.

Volleyball: For the fourth year in a row, the Johns Hopkins volleyball team will host the Dig Deep Charity Volleyball Tournament to raise money for mental health awareness.
